2022 Annual Meeting Program Chair

It is October 15^th, and there has been a big last minute push by our intrepid membership to get presentations, sessions, posters, workshops, panels, and roundtables submitted for the 2022 meeting in Salt Lake City. We are, however, extending the deadline to October 31^st for those who are still hard charging to get diverse contributions to us. We all have a lot going on in our complicated lives these days, and a little more time seemed like it would be both prudent and helpful. 

Thanks go to the SfAA Board of Directors for granting the extension, and I am sure everyone will make the most of it. As always, if I can be of any help, I am an email or phone call away (jmcdonald@montevallo.edu; 435-704-1524). 

Thus far, sessions look really interesting and our kickoff “local day” is shaping up to have a number of critical conversations of interest on locally important topics.

I am looking forward to seeing everyone in Salt Lake City or in some virtual format if you’re beaming in through a hybrid format.
