Please note:

• Registration is required before submitting an abstract.
• Registration payment must be received before abstracts will be reviewed or considered.
• If requested, students must provide proof of current student status. Acceptable documentation includes a photocopy of a student I.D., official course registration, or a tuition statement.
• Attendees from cosponsoring organizations must indicate their affiliation when registering.
• Incomplete registrations cannot be processed and will be returned to the sender. No exceptions.
• Cancellation policy: If requested, registration fees (minus a $25 processing fee) will be refunded through January 31.
