Booking Your Hotel Room for the Annual Meeting

SfAA is pleased to hold its 2023 annual meeting March 28-April 1 in the Hilton Cincinnati Netherland Plaza.  The Netherland Plaza has a AAA Four Diamond rating. A charter member of the Historic Hotels of America, the Netherland Plaza combines the elegance of one of the world’s grandest hotels with modern conveniences and amenities, including free high-speed internet in guest rooms, meeting rooms, and the lobby.

The Netherland is but a few steps from Fountain Square, the focal point of downtown Cincinnati, with its food trucks and nightly entertainment. A wide choice of places to eat, drink, and shop are also close at hand. It is only a 15-minute drive from Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport. The Netherland offers valet parking, and there are several parking garages within a short walk.

The conference room rate of $156 is a bargain. There is an additional, important reason to stay at the Netherland Plaza: it contributes to the financial health of our society. The SfAA contracts with the conference hotel for a block of rooms. In return, the hotel provides meeting space and other discounts. If we do not meet our room block commitment, SfAA will be forced to pay a significant penalty fee.
